Providing 2.5 test in the HD domain. During these years he worked at

ONE in frontal and telephone support, with many customers and also at
the company's headquarters. Support for Win environment, working with AD, opening users, iOS support, troubleshooting. Had to leave the company due to Covid, during the break did a CCNA course.
In the past year, Matan worked for a government company in the HD team and provided support to government authorities. The job is similar to working at ONE, and beyond that, he experienced working under pressure both frontally and by phone. I was impressed by Matan as a young, dynamic young man, with a desire to learn more in the field, services and investor. Left last place due to the departure of a manager and partial dissolution of the team and is currently looking for
 a long-term in-depth role.
7.4.25.
